August mini-challenges

Well I haven't posted in a few days, but
I did do 100 squats, 100 lunges, and 30 push ups yesterday also did a 2 mile walk in the afternoon. I now realize that said 100 crunches/ab moves boy wish I woulda read that right yesterday my legs were kiling me LOl.
Oh wow, I get you are sore after 100 squats! Yikes! Lolbut hey isn't it cool to know you can do it? :-) great job!!
