ive just started doing Zumba on the Wii but when i try to log it on my exercise it can't be found???

    I do Zumba on the Kinect and I just created an exercise and called it Zumba and I put in the calories from my heart rate monitor

    Thats because everyone burns varying amount of calories depending on how high impact or low impact it is. Best way to find out is with a heart rate monitor. Or u could log it as aerobics high impact or dancing. Bearing in mind that mfp may over or under estimate your calorie burn- its not completely accurate. Mine was under by 300 cals! .
