hey just wondering if there's any fellow welsh people on here that can help spurr me on give me advice and just let me know of any health benefits locally.
Please add me and help keep me motivated and not just welsh people but anyone friendly who thinks that they have a great positive attitude that can keep me as enthusiastic as I started as I feel like I'm starting to lose it at the mo :(
