Up/Down or Burpees - Calories?

Okay so those doing the August Team Challenge today our day challenge is 40 Up/Downs added on to our daily routine. I also call these burpees.

Does anyone know how to calculate how many calories I would have burned doing them? I did 4 sets of 10 and was dead after each set. I am a 26 year old female, weigh 172, height 5'6.5".

There was one lady that said her heart rate monitor said 81 calories and she did them right after her workout. I also did mine after my workout so I am guessing somewhere in that range, but that's just a guess.

Any suggestions? Anything will be helpful!

i was told by my captain to enter it as high impact training... search 'high' in excersise... and then put in the amount of time done =]

I found this on another website: "Calisthenics - Home Exercise, Light or Moderate Effort, General (Example: Back Exercises), Going Up & Down From Floor" for my weight (166) it told me I burned 22 calories in 5 minutes. I just figured Up & Downs would fall under Calisthenics.
