Has anyone else noticed that since making this lifestyle change, skipping meals is no longer an option? I used to be able to have like one or two big meals and then not eat all day, but I'm finding now that even after my usual filling breakfast (0% Fage, whole-grain cereal, fruit, sometimes almond milk in my coffee) I'm still hungry for lunch at lunchtime, and hungry for a snack in the midafternoon (and GRUMPY if those meals aren't available yet haha). It's like the whole lots of small meals every day plan actually IS what my body wanted all along, I was just too busy eating ridiculous restaurant portions to notice.

OMG yeah! I go through way more than 8 glasses. It's crazy. Probably has a lot to do with my coffee addiction, though.
