I am at 1200 goal. I had a goal of 45 mins/5 days a week exercise which I have always outdone. I am being told to eat more calories so that my body doesnt start storing the calories. I hadn't changed weight in 2 weeks! Does anyone have suggestions about how to increase my calories in a healthy way? I updated my exercise goals today on settings however with my goal weight I am still at 1200 calories which is fine because its what I am used to. I have lost 14 lbs since May 27. Can anyone explain why we need to eat back the calories burned? Is the point to stay at 1200 calories (for me) and to work off as many calories as possible to lose weight. I am confused. Please help.
