Hey guys! I'm kinda sorta newish still and looking for some friends with similar goals to help keep me motivated and accountable! I've tried doing it on my own and it's way too easy to give up. I'm 147lbs now and shooting for a goal of about 130lbs. I'm a 21 year old student with a sometimes crazy and usually unroutine schedule so it's difficult to try to fit healthy habits and daily exercise in. I'm alway looking for tips and tricks to dealing with things such as hunger urges and a bad case of the sweet tooth. I also alway welcome workout guidance and tips.
