Eating/Excersing @ Midnight

If I eat something or excersise @ midnight, does that count towards the same day or following day??

I put it on the day that i did it.. 11:30 would be today.. 00:30 would be tomorrow, etc...0

It doesn't really matter as long as you are consistent in your logging practices.0

Think it's a personal preference. Just be consistent. I log from wake up to sleep, even if that's 2am...just seems like that's how my days usually fall. I've done it this way since I've started and haven't seen it hinder my logging and calorie counting at all.0

I am like this.... If I stay up till 2am on a Friday night and have a snack or a drink that late then that is still Friday. I haven't gone to bed and slept so its still that day.0 -

i had that problem working nite shift and now i sometimes work until 2 am...i think that everything counts for the same day until u go to sleep! But in the end it doesn't really matter if u average ur calories by the week. good luck!0
