Ok, so I have heard that Beyonce has tried this diet., she lost 20 pounds in 2 weeks! Sounds crazy to me!
It basically makes you starve by drinking a glass of water with Maple syrup, cayenne pepper and lemon....has anyone tried this? What are you thoughts?

Sounds like it's going to burn on the way in and sting on the the way out.
And nope, I'm surprised she didn't die.0 -
It's not a diet, it's a cleanse. And it's not meant for weight loss, which means all the weight you lose you gain right back.0

Sounds crazy! Though, I do know that cayenne pepper is good for your metabolism, I take cayenne pepper pills everyday in hopes it will boost my metabolism even just a little bit.0

i did try it once and it is a great cleanser and helps you lose weight at the same time. The cleansing period is a 10 day period and i have heard you can do it for longer but i am not sure.0

I believe they do it to lose extra water weight before an event or premiere but I dont' think it's a good idea for permanent weightloss.0

It's called the Master Cleanse. You can google it and read up on it. I tried and I could barely stomach the first drink. It tastes really bad!!!0

I think the reason it helps control cravings is because it burns your taste buds off...:sick:0
