Hello,just wondering if anyone can help me on my drinking as i don't know what good to drink for a diet and not!!! please help

Water, Herbal Teas, coffee in moderation (be aware of milk and sugar though).0

H2O.. mhm.. WATER .. loads and loads of water!
Its the best thing for you and if you need to add a lil lemon juice or lime juice its fine.
Crystal light is ok but not one of my faves.
The Occasional Diet soda won't kill you but I try to stay away from Diet drinks in general.0 -

I assume you mean besides water I know for me, I used to be a big soda drinker, for a long time the regular stuff and then for that last 5 to 7 years diet (wow, can't believe its been that long) but since I joined here and made a real commit to drinking my 8 glasses of water a day I have found I just don't have time/room for anything else. I have had 1 and a half cans of diet Dr. Pepper since I started about 3 weeks ago. Amazing to go from sometime 3 or 4 cans a day to that! As far as what's healthy besides water, I have always heard herbal tea is good though I don't do a lot of tea because I just can't do it with fake sweetener, I'm a Southern girl so drinking unsweet tea is just simply not an option. I do know that limiting your juice intake is important because of the sugar but I love the V8 V-fusion drinks. I get a serving of fruit and veggies which is great for me because I hate most veggies and this helps get me a little closer to what I'm supposed to have. I also know Tropicana has a lower sugar Orange juice, as I'm sure many other brands do to, haven't tried it so I don't know how it taste though.0

Water is best. 8 cups a day. For me, I try to drink 2 cups at every meal - breakfast, lunch, afternoon snack, and dinner.
Fat-free milk or diet drinks are OK
100% juice or whole milk occasionally
No sodas or other things with added sugar.0 -

If you are trying to lose weight, stick to water and green tea. With respect to milk, in terms of losing weight it is generally a bad idea. With milk I think the fat content is not the main problem. but rather the high lactose (sugar) that most people can't process efficiently and some are even allergic to. If you need milk for a specific recipe, replace it with unsweetened almond milk, other than that I would avoid it. If you need to meet your daily calcium, milk is not the only food solution, as a last resort, there are always calcium supplements available.0
