need sugestions please

okay I really need some sugestions on what kind of excersises I can do. But the reason I am asking is right now I do have 2 limitations right now because I have Plantar Fasciitis and my Roter Cuff is hurting.

I can't do the tred mill or epi or the stairmaster or the glidder because of my Plantar Fasciitis:sad:
I can't do to many of the weights for toning because of my Roter Cuff :angry:

so what can I do?

    Cycle--stationary or regular bicycle. Best of all exercises, I think, because it's easy on all the joints. I have had 2 shoulder reconstructive surgeries and actually find my shoulder feeling better since losing weight and cycling.
