Any helpful advice?

So I gained 20lbs over the last year from being fairly sedentary and unable to move around. I was a healthy 120-125 and then went up to 140-145, where I am now stuck.
I seem to be losing weight by eating healthy, eating less, exercising regularly and overall just living healthier. I look thinner, and I start to lose the cravings. However, my weight is still basically the same and there are some areas that I simply can't slim down. Does anyone have any advice that could help?
