You need to make sure to eat clean, which to me means NO processed foods, lots of fresh fruits and veggies, little to no unrefined carbs, and plenty of lean protein. You need to lower your body fat percentage by diet and cardio, and then you need to do whole body strength training as well.0

Well, I don't know what you're starting with. To see a six pack you need to lose body fat and gain muscle in that area. Load up on protein. Counting August that only gives you five months. You may see some defination in that time but, it may take longer to look like a fitness model. But, like I said, I don't know what you're starting with.0

I'm working on getting there myself. Some people may disagree with the list below and frankly it may not work the same for everyone but the things that I think have helped me the most...
1. No to very minimal processed whites (includes table sugar, white bread, white pasta, etc.)
2. As you get closer to your goal... don't eat late. Dinnertime is like 6:30/7 pm and then I'm done.
3. Eat small meals during the day & try to get lean protein in everyday. You may even want to get a good protein supplement in every day too.
4. Strength train and focus on ab/oblique/lower back muscles.. I do abs every session. You can google good workouts but some that I do are bicycles, leg lifts, crunches on exercise balls, side crunches, v ups, PLANKS & there are a couple machines but I don't really know all the names.
5. Cardio, cardio, cardio.. I runnnnn.
6. Keep your body fat low. It's a different number for everyone but the lower your body fat, the more defined your muscles will be.
Don't know where you're starting but good luck!0 -
