Pinto beans ( in a bag ?)

how much is 1 cup cooked - everything I been finding is 1 cup dry ? (these were cooked in a crock pot with no salt only water)
Would 1/2 cup dry = 1 cup cooked roughly ??
Also would it be 1 cup as 8 ozs for cooked beans?

    Got this off "cook's thesaurus." Equivalents: For most beans: 1 pound dried beans = 2 cups dried = 4 - 5 cups cooked beans. Hope this helps. :)

    one cup dry is usually equivalent to two cups cooked.

    Thing is its already cooked ..so it would be 1/2 cup dried for 1 cup cooked? Also is it the 8 OZ cooked or less?
