You need to eat not less than 1200 calories and eat more proteins and fiber (vegetables & fruits ) and lots of water :-)

I get the necessary water intake, I just dont log it...But wont hitting 1200 calories all the time make me gain?0

Make sure you're not confusing being hungry for simply being not full.0

It looks like you need to add in more protein....have a hard boiled egg with breakfast, more lean meat at lunch with salad instead of salad with cheese. Snack late afternoon with a piece of fruit and another protein, or more salad with protein....baby carrots with some sour cream and oniion dip, or greek yogurt.
You should also hit your calorie goal, eating less doesn't make you lose weight faster, it just will make your body hold onto all the calories it can.0 -

I have chicken within my salad, maybe about half a cup. Will I need more?0 -
Well you're hungry because you're eating a tiny breakfast, a medium lunch (salad doesn't stick with you long) and a bigger dinner. Try evening out your meals0

No. 1200 is low even for dieters. Eat your 1200 PLUS your exercise calories to keep your metabolism on high. Low metabolism = losing more slowly. Eating more AND losing more = happy times.0 -
Agree with the protein comment (especially boiled eggs...they're GREAT for filling you up at breakfast; plus they're fast if you make a bunch ahead of time!).
Also agree about your too-small breakfast. I actually reverse your current plan (big breakfast, medium lunch (with 2 100-calorie snacks when I'm hungry), and small dinner. Tons of water. I minimize sugars (even unprocessed ones, like fruit) in the morning, as they tend to make my hungry faster than proteins.
Also, with salads, try to include denser fresh veggies, like bell peppers, carrots etc. They fill you up quickly and tend to stick around longer than lettuce.
Good luck!0 -
Yup, I'd say you're hungry because you are hardly eating anything at all during the day. 300 calories or so is not enough to sustain a mouse (well, maybe it's enough for a mouse) but not for an actual human.
Get some more calories into you during the day and don't be afraid to eat all the calories MFP has calculated for you.0
