Today I am doing a detox type thing (not a diet just to prove I can do it). No processed/packaged foods.
Only fruits/veggies/protein/maybe some chicken/12-16glasses of water.
Having 2 avocados and an apple for brekky, eggs and a salad for lunch and chicken and veges for dinner. - Is this okay? Should I still try and aim for all my calories although it will be hard whilst eating such low calorie foods or should I just eat until I am not hungry???
Is there any other cheap lean protein ideas?

Beans are too. As long as you don't go under 1200 cals per day, you should be ok.0
