does anyone subscribe to a health magazine. I used to get a good one but forget the name. Most of them are nothing but advertisements. Looking for one with good information and tips etc. Another words good useful stuff.

    i dunno bout so much a health mag and i dunno whether ur in Aus (like me) or not. But anyway, a mag i love getting is Australian Healthy Food Guide. (www.healthyfoodguide.com.au) they have a wide variety of stuff from food to exercise to men's health, women's health, interesting facts you may not have known, food for thought, oh and they are a GREAT source of information for different allergies/diseases/conditions.
