what if your just not hungry

i was not feeling great a couple days ago, today 3 days later i still haven't gotten my appetite back. What should i do?
I make sure i drink my water , i am eating some , at least 3 meals a day but they are smaller meals i end up having 500-630 calories left for the past 3 days , i don't want my body to go into starvation mode , any advice ?????

    tomorrow eat a little bit more than today (like 100 calories), then a little bit more the next day, and so on until you're back to normal.

    Eat higher calorie foods.
