Hello!
I'm David, newly added to My Fitness Pal. I'm currently 267, about a month and a half ago I was 290. I've been trying to get to 200 by Christmas of 2011. Start the new year with a toned body and a new look. I've been over 250 for over three years, so this is a long time coming.
I'm more and more active these days then ever before, hiking, swimming the whole bit. Bit more adventurous because of my desire to loose fast. Getting involved in community events and working harder at work to make up for missing morning stairs or swimming.
I'm on here to get a calorie count, but I'm also interested in helping other and being helped. I can only say whats worked for me. I'm still learning and it's a whole new world.
