Only if my HRM gets into zone 2.

not if it's the daily routine... just when I do extra like stuff I rarely do (seasonal house detail, washing the car, bathing the dogs...)

normal cleaning not, but when it is special, like cleaning windows, sweeping the garage or driveway, scrubbing the tiles with a brush, then yes, everything that gets my HR going up as if it is a workout.

I don't, but for some people, this IS a major work-out. Some people walking to the mailbox gets counted, you have to start somewhere. To each their own.

I personally don't break much of a sweat while cleaning so I just count my breathy, sweaty cardio and lifting with HEAVY weights. :)

I was cleaning my house when I gained the weight, so no, I don't track it. I only track the stuff that I'm doing that I wasn't doing before.
