What weights are you using? I"m using 5#

    I just started yesterday. I had 5# and 8#. I tried the 8# and switched right away to the 5#. I'll work up to that! :-)
  • I use 4s and 5s.
  • I did 3's and 5's.

    I am doing Ripped in 30 and now I am using 5's all the way.

    yea i contemplated doing the 8# but a couple of the moves i think i can pull it off but a couple i don't think i can. i think maybe i should just move to level 2! lol


    so those that have done it or are doing it...how long were you on each level?
