Hey all....I'd like to try some new things out. Could you all send me your favorite vegetarian recipes? Thanks!!!!

    I get alot of my recipes off of sparkrecipes.com. They have different categories like vegan, vegetarian, low carb, low fat, etc. Plus it gives you the nutrition info :)

    Veggie sheppard pie.

    Use veggie "meat", with some tomoto sauce on bottom, layer some peas and corn, then top with mashed cauliflower. Amazing!

    I make it regularily (sometimes using ground beef, as i occasionally eat red meat and the hubby likes it better than the veggie meat.) actually made it tonight :)

    i also agree the sparkpeople.com website has hundreds of veggie recipies, Ive made many of them and they are quite tasty.

    Plus you can put your own Recipes in their Calorie Computer and it will give you all the Nutrition Information!!

    I have a peruvian quinoa veggie stew recipe that I modified to give it more taste and pizzaz. I actually add chicken to it (to give me more protein) but just leave that out and it's a great veggie dish. My wife and I like it so much, I always make a double batch and we eat it a couple nights in a row.
