hey ladies. I figured maybe we could try eachothers exercises an see how it works for us. Gives us a little something new to try.

Work outs I enjoy and make me sweat are:

10-20 minutes of cardio (elliptical trainer fat burn, treadmil at and incline, or bicycle machine doing the mountain alpine pass

I will also do the rowing machine vigorously for 500 meters

Strength training. I always do abs and core legs and arms. A little of each and not over do it

I usually sit in the sauna for 5-10 mins after my workout to relax my
Muscles :) AND make sure I am hydrated before I hit the sauna or I just skip it. Sauna burns 100 calories per 10 mins. All water weight. Should be replenished.

I am just getting back to working out since my surgery and I am still limited in things I can do.

I REALLY love spinning classes. I can't wait to be able to get back to them!! I can't bend my arm/shoulder certain ways yet, so it may be a while.

So, I am doing what I call and armless elliptical or walking the treadmill on steep incline. I enjoy getting out and walking with my daughter, too, tho :)

I do the your shape fitness evolved game for my cardio and for my weight training I do the ufc trainer. Ufc trainer is a lot of ab workouts which is what I need. I also do a lot of walking with my daughter or holding her in the creek by our house while she "swims"

I completed ripped in 30 on Tuesday and began p90x yesterday. Since it's my first week and Im already super sore I thought I'd give cardio a break, but starting next week I'll incorporate cardio either running or elliptical which is what I was doing with ripped in 30.

    So it's:

    Ripped in 30
Then Gym: Warm up 15 min on stairmaster
    Elliptical 30 minutes high resistance
Run 10 minutes on treadmill with an additional 5 min cool down

    -Or-

    Ripped in 30
2 mile run at the park

Now it's p90x only but once I see how much I'll be burning on each day I'll know which days I can either do gym time or run.
Stairmaster as warm up prior to elliptical or as cardio for 30 minutes

I just finished a two week bootcamp run by two brothers who set up a personal training company. It really kicked me back into gear and I feel amazing for having done it. AND I lost 2 cm of my butt :-)

In the past I've always done more cardio than strength training but during these two weeks we've really focussed more on strength training and I actually feel the difference. My gym does boxing and circuit classes so I am going to give those a try next week and pick up my kettlebells again. Although I do feel like going for a run this weekend because I really miss it!

The Eliptical EFX556 lv8 interval course. That has me drenched after 65 minutes. Can't help but slow down a little, but I feel amazing after. I can do 140 calories in 10 minutes, and it's a great expierence. I also love the seated leg press, and the hip abductior. When i lose a little more weight, I'm going to restart my arobics.

I try to do the 30DS everyday
Also walk at least a couple of miles with the dog
If I have time I also add a run (or if the dog needs some wearing out she comes with me!!)
And occassionally i try to get some Zumba in too, very much fun on Wii!!
