Cold Body When Workout

Whenever I workout, my body gets really cold to the touch. Is that normal?

yes. sweat is cooling the body/skin, so yes.0

No, I don't think so. The blood should be pumping, causing you to be flushed and warm. Do you feel cold?0

I am so not sure, but I have a friend who has the following and I wonder if this might not be this:

That happens to me too. Especially in my legs.
I'm doing the 30 day Shred and I notice my legs are cold when we do our ending stretch.0
