Cold Body When Workout

Whenever I workout, my body gets really cold to the touch. Is that normal?

No, I don't think so. The blood should be pumping, causing you to be flushed and warm. Do you feel cold?0

That happens to me too. Especially in my legs.
I'm doing the 30 day Shred and I notice my legs are cold when we do our ending stretch.0
