Questions regarding effectivity and logging.

First of all thank you. Now, what I would like to know is if I do something like jump roping let's say, but jump vigorously for 10 seconds, rest for 10, or 20seconds each, or whatever, how should I log that? As the full time, only the time spent jumping, or does the stopping negate burn majorly?
What about for sit ups, push ups, burpees, or squats?
Other than the insane (for me) amount of walking I've been doing recently, these seem like my only options. I have no income and no money or equipment, so. If anyone knows anything else I might try exercise-wise that would be terrific! Oh and sadly I don't own a DVD player or computer. I just have my iPod but it suffices very well.
Speaking of these reminds me... Where can I find a GOOD sports bra in a DD size? @.@ Hah thinking out loud, but if anybody knows, I'd sure appreciate it!
