Doing th 17 Day Diet

Starting Sunday or Monday I will begin phase one. Anybody else doing the 17 Day?

    Ive heard of it, one of my coworkers said that her sister lost a lot of weight doing it. Keep us updated, i'd love to hear how it turns out.
