Food-type proportion?

Can anyone tell me healthy proportion of food type intake? Mine so far this week is split: Carbs 52% Fat 29% Protein 19% - doesn't look right to me!

I use the P90X Fat Shredder plan. The percentages are: Protein 50% - Carbs 30% - Fat 20%.0

This completely depends on what you want from your diet really...
I'm trying to cut down my carbs and find that my breakdown tends to be 40%Protein, 35%Fat and 25%Carbs which i'm happy with.
I think the MFP standard is 55% carbs, but it's all personal choice really!0 -
i think mine is 45% carbs, 35% protien 20% fat... or something likel that. i am working towards uping my protien levels.0
