stretch and warm up/ cool down before and after EVERY workout, no matter how 'miniscule' the workout my be!

I injured something in my leg. I can't fully extend my leg and it hurts to walk. it's because I didn't cool down or warm up for my bike ride (to and from work) on Wednesday. I didn't workout yesterday morning or this morning and I feel like crap. I've gotten to the point where if I work out I don't need coffee. I am definitely in need of it today though.

this sucks. hopefully I'll be back in it by tomorrow.
