    I have a handful of buddies, including my father, who have used it have gained back all their weight plus some after they went off of it. Most of them also commented on how jittery it made them feel. My father had heart complications while on it. :indifferent:

    It is not highly recommended, but good luck to you.

    I took it for about a week and HATED it...it made me jittery, I felt like I wanted to eat MORE and overall felt ewww!

    Good luck to you though!
