should i do it again?

Hello,I did Hip Hop abs this morning and it was a 40 min workout,i am planning to do it 3 times a day and all the workouts are about 30-40 mins,should i do it 3 time or twice???

    I would start with maybe twice once in the am and once in the pm if you feel the need and see how your body reacts. If you do it 3 times you are probably going to burn out.... or your body is going to be tired so you might do some of the moves wrong and hurt yourself.

    Wouldn't once be enough? to be honest some people do heaps of cardio and then have to eat more, to me its a lot easier to exercise less and eat less. if you have to fit exercise around work and family there is really only so much time you can spend at the gym.

    3 times a day is too much. Once is plenty, and you can sometimes do it twice if you feel up to it, but not 3, and you need to take a rest day once a week.
    All that cardio isn't going to give you the body you want. I don't know why you think that one particular DVD is the cure-all. DO it once or twice a week, and do other things on other days. You need to lift weights or else you'll end up scrawny but flabby and weak. Not a good look on anyone, especially a guy. Lift weights, trust me.
