Low or Sugar Free Yogurt?

I love having yogurt for breakfast! I stopped buying Yoplait because they use high fructose corn syrup to flavor even their fat-free yogurt. I've been eating organic Stonyfield Farm 0% fat yogurt, but it has 25grams of sugar in it, even if it's "better" sugar! Is there a good, non sugary yogurt out there? Doesn't have to be organic, but I would prefer no HFCS. Thanks!!

we eat the stony field as well.
I would suggest getting greek yogurt, it has 5 X's the good bacteria's in it and a little less sugar.0 -
I struggle to find one in the UK. Problem is, if you take something out (fat) you need to add something in (sugar)0

What if you just got a plain yogurt and added some fruit? 1/4 cup of bluberries only has like 4 g of sugar...You could add some blueberries and if you wanted add 1 tsp of sugar and that'd only be 8 grams!0

fiber one yogurt is delicious and its only 4g sugar and lots of fiber!0

Greek yogurt...I love Fage and Chobani. Buy the plain and add your own fruit. Low sugar, double the protein, thick and creamy, no artifical anything. Yummy!0

Greek yogurt is amazing-lots of protein and a really thick, creamy flavor without tons of sugar (natural sugars only for the plain). I would suggest getting the plain yogurt and adding fruit yourself (strawberries, blueberries, etc) or maybe a tsp or so of agave or honey. They have flavored greek yogurts that are higher in sugar, but no HFCS. I found this website too if you're interested in eliminating HFCS--though I'm sure there are more products to add to this list http://highfructosehigh.com/no-hfcs/. Hope this helps! Good luck!0

There are soy based yogurts. My grocery store sells several different brands.0 -
Thanks for all the great replies, you've all been very helpful! I'll try the geek yogurt and adding fruit or honey! Yum, sounds really good. Thanks!0

Yes! Like others said, try greek yogurt! It's so yummy. Today for my snack I packed "The Greek Gods" brand non fat plain greek yogurt. A 6 oz container has 60 calories, 0 fat, 7 g sugar, and 6 g protein. The Chobani brand has much more protein. A 100 cal container of the Chobani brand non far plain greek yogurt has 18 g protein. I do a container of the yogurt, 1/3 c high fiber cereal, and 1/2 cup blueberries, strawberries, or peaches (all fresh) and I have a filling, super yummy snack for under 200 calories.0
