Last night I had to play keeper (goalie) in soccer, any idea how many calories you burn being the goalie?? It was a 90 min game, i would say it was light competitive and it was 30 degrees celsius out side!
Best part I got a SHUT OUT!!!

I suppose it depends on how good your defence was :-) You could have been leaning on the posts reading a magazine for 90mins...
