I was the worst at drinking water, and my routine has me sweating buckets. To hydrate, I started using a gallon jug. I bought a gallon jug of water from the store and took it to work. When you take a drink, you naturally drink more. The problem quickly becomes NOT drinking TOO MUCH. I went from drinking one small bottle of water a day to drinking a gallon before 5:00.0

I was wondering if a cup really meant a cup, too! I always heard 8 glasses a day. Our "cups" are way more than 8 oz., and I don't do well at sipping water all day. That's a relief to know!0
