Better v.s. Good

Ok, I think I am being greedy, but I feel like I have lost a lot of weight and I know I look "better", but I am not satisfied with "better". I want to look "good." I am confident I'll get there, but I am not as excited when I get the "you lost so much weight" comments. Anyone else feel this way?

Someone told me that the body I have now didn't happen overnight. So the body I want won't happen overnight either. It's a gradual process that makes us learn to appreciate where we've come from and where we're going. You do look good. You look great. It's important to give yourself credit.0

Thanks! Are you sure you not confusing me for my 14 year old?0 -
are your goals realistic?
it's not greed... but as you probably know, most women are NEVER happy no matter what. i would recommend focusing more on the journey and just saying thank you when people compliment you.... whether you are satisfied or not, you have done an amazing job. we could ALWAYS look better.
when will it be "enough"? I only ask this because for me, even after losing 100 lbs i had a long road of learning what was "enough" and unless i got my insides/thoughts/etc. in order, I was on my way to a slippery slope of never being good enough.
once i got lost in the joy of the journey.... it became "enough" and i have been maintaining for over a year now, happily, beautifully, yet still flawed.... but loving every moment.0 -
