Fluid intake

If the point of drinking water is to flush out toxins (one of the purposes at least) then if I drink any hot beverage would that be equivilant? For example my hot chocolates consist of a splenda packet, tablespoon of cocoa powder, a tbsp of light creamer and 10 oz hot water. Can I add that to my water intake?
