    Ladies!!!!

    Wednesday For Me:
    100 Lunges Complete (50 On Each Leg)
    Carbs Under (didnt know if I was going to make that one but I did)
    105 Minutes Of Zumba and Circuit Training

    I have definately heard the 'reps until muscle exhaustion' information before and that short bouts of exercise are better (probably for the same reason...intensity...)

    And one of the trainers at my gym said that the cardio is what will get the weight/fat loss results...and the strength training is what will keep it going. The cardio burns fat but the muscle you build while strength training helps your metabolism.

    Thanks for the info. We started the hour workout, or a little over on Monday and have found that we are losing weight. We have found that we are moving faster and keeping our heart rate up more.

    I did 70 minutes of water aerobics, 100 lunges and carbs and calories are under.

    Hey ladies hope it isn't to late but all I done yesterday was 25 lunges. They hurt my knees SO BAD!!

    Did bumbell pullovers, water aerobics for 75 minutes and under calories.

    here's today goal for anyone who needs it:
    Nutrition - Under Sodium
    Exercise - 50 crunches


    i have already done the crunches and 50 extra minutes of run/walk.

    sodium - unlikely to make....blew breakfast today. i was so hungry!! water is questionale as well - plans tonight. will try and do better later this week......

    Thanks butters! For some reason I ALWAYS have problems with sodium but I will try to work on that today.
