I keep going back and forth between 140 and 130. I guess I'll see how I'm feeling/looking at 140 and go from there!0

5'6" here, 185lbs by Christmas 2011, and 135 lbs, Christmas 2012 {my highest weight was 220, Christmas 2010}0

5'6.75 here and my final goal weight will be around 155-160. I am aiming for 175-180 now. Once I reach that I will see if I want to get any smaller. To me that would be TOO small for me. But we shall see :-)
My mini goal (by the end of Sept, maybe) is to get from the Obese to Overweight category.0 -

I'm 5'6 and 160 lbs my goal is about 145. I have been as low as 132 in the past but am at my very best at 145. Especially since I started distance running a few years ago. Don't want to sacrifice muscle for a number on scale0

Well....... I started MFP 7 months ago with a goal of 148, but changed it to 140 2 months ago... Today I hit 148 and I'm really happy about that but it got me thinking, that I could even go lower and still look 'alive'...I don't want to be tooo skinny but in the same breath, I'm 148 now and still in size 12 clothes...would love to get back in my size 10's... So just thought I'd ask and see other girls goal weights etc...0 -
I'm 5'6" and started MFP at 161 after having two little girls and reaching 200! I'm at about 154 now and thinking I'll shoot for somewhere in between 130 and 135, but not positive. I was 130 before I got pregnant and some people thought that was too thin. I'm just going to see how I feel when I get there.0

I am 5'6" and joined at 200lbs... I am 158 right now - I think 18 more lbs will be good, so when I get to 140 I will see how I feel0

I'm 5'5.5 and my goal weight is 119 although I may be happy with 126? The number isnt the mlst important thing to me, its losing the squidgy layers round me belly and hips! Last time i was 126 I was not working out so We'll see how I feel this time round. Currently at 130 so its the last 5-10lbs for me! I do have a very small frame - my ankles and wrists etc are tiny!0

I really really really really want to weigh 135 pounds! Currently at 159 (at least I was on Monday-not gonna weigh again till this coming Monday) But the thing is, even though I don't know if I've lost yet, I already feel better about myself and that's just after 4 days of exercising!!! BRING IT ON!!!!!0

I'm 5'5" and currently weigh 177. While I would love to get back down to what I weighed in college, it is unrealistic. I've added muscle mass from running and lifting over the past 15+ years, so if I dropped to 135 lbs and maintained my current muscle mass, my body fat would be around 17%. That's not attractive in my mind, so I'm shooting to get my body fat into the 25% range which is about 150 lbs. I want to look good, but I also want to look feminine.0

I'm about 5'6.5" and am currently 227 with a goal weight of 150, once i reach that goal I will re-evaluate to see if I need to lose more or not.0

I really think of my goal as a range between 138 and 1420 -
5'6" exactly and am shooting for 130 but will be happy closer to 140 if I can run a 5k in under 30 minutes :bigsmile:0

I'm 5'8 1/2 and my goal is between 135 - 145, depends how I feel! The lowest I've been was 118 and that was absolutely way too thin in retrospect, but I remember feeling really comfy between the high 130s and 145. Totally depends what kind of muscle I've got going on by the time I get down there, too!0

I'm 5'7 and currently stuck at 152 lbs, my ultimate goal is 137 lbs but I think having a range in mind is more realistic (137 to 142). When I look at my belly, I have at least another 10 lbs of excess fat that can go!0

I'm 5'5" tall. I am 145 now and extremely unhappy with my pudgy body and high body fat percentage!!! When I was at 130 pounds, I still had around 20-22% body fat (which is great for others, but not what I personally want).
So my goal is much lower than most people at around 115 pounds. I am tired of being skinny fat. I want to be lean and muscular...fit and toned...and pretty much just have a rock hard body.
I have a couple of friends at 5'5" or so and around 115 and they look awesome. I think it all depends on what you do to get there, cause if you weight train, do cardio and right you will certainly look different than the gaunt VS models.0 -

5ft 6in and would like to be at 154. I was at 140 when I turned 50 and that was really to small for me!! I'll be happy and healthy at my goal!!!:happy: :happy:0
