Hey everyone,

My name is Sade! I'm currently a student in college and weight more than I ever have. It has gotten better than it was during the beginning of the summer when I was unable to breathe while walking and couldn't stand for long periods of time. I've had enough! I have 80 lbs to lose and KEEP off and I need HELP.

I'm not as motivated as I should be and I love to cook (I just recently learned to cook a variety of down south dishes that I love) but most if the foods aren't as healthy ad they could be. I have access to a gym, I just don't go as often as I should. I also love to run, I jus don't do it like I should.

I'm looking for some friends that are willing to double as motivators. I need people that will check in with me often (and I can check with them as well) on progress and planning. This forum is nice but I know I need a group of committed people and we all can push each other to the limit.

It is my wish to lose these 80 lbs before my graduation in May 5th. If you're ready, so am I! Thanks! Add me!

I lost 80lbs..but it takes doing whatever needs to be done to do it!

I followed a very strict, bland(unless I seasoned everything really good) diet that was high protein, very low carbs and NO sugar and lost 30lbs in 7 months...I worked out, doing zumba, walking and going to the gym...the diet was given to me by a personal trainer, so if you'd like to take a look at it, friend me and I'll send it along to you...Friend me anyways and I'll be there to motivate!!

My first 50lbs I lost and kept off since 2003...I did Weight Watchers points..as well as walking 5-6 day a week, Tae Bo and Curves...

What do you want to do to lose the weight you need to? Make a plan and follow it to a T and you'll get where you need to be...

Don't lose more than 2lbs a week because the slower it comes off, the longer it stays off...Sometimes you'll lose a lot in the beginning and then slow down..that's when you can't give up...

Drink LOTS of water!! It will flush your system and give you a good start too...

ONLY weigh yourself 1 time a week..same day...same time every week....Otherwise you'll get disappointed because our weight fluctuates up to 10lbs in a 24 hour period...( I weigh myself every Monday morning after I have gotten up and gone to the bathroom).

This should at least give you some food for thought....
