As you can see in my profile not got too much weight to loose, and this will turn more into a strength ans fitness diary for me eventually. Like I say tho, I love any good receipes, my weaknesses are ice cream (think i might have to start being frozen yoghurt only) and cheese cake...oh and I love a good pizza! lol
