Trying to be better than my '92 self.

I recall the days in high school playing basketball and being able to do tons of pull ups and dunking a basketball.
Wow, how my bad habits thrown that out the door. But I decided to do something about it.
I looked at my old pics and saw how far I let myself go and that's not what I want in life so in Feb 2011 I decided to
get a gym membership and do something about it.

I am starting to eat much healthier and yesterday I was able to do one pull up. By December I want to knock out 10 of them bad boys! I may start playing basketball again and if I do get that itch you better believe your sweet tush that I am going to work
hard on my legs so that I can throw that ball down the hoop again. (I am actually okay with a goal of being able to grab the rim again)

Here's a little timeline that I wanted to share so that by December I want to be in better shape than I was back in 1992.
