I also think that a lot depends on time of day and/or year. Moscow would be interesting during the day/springtime. Tokyo at NIGHT. Amazing.

Ohmigosh the city wouldn't even matter to me...I have always wanted to go up in a hot air balloon...and a friend of mine and I are going to do it when we both hit our goal weights...anywhere would be beautiful to see from a hot air balloon!

I flew in the Good Year Blimp over my own city. I live near the ocean so I could see my city to the west, with the beaches and all my familiar places and the vast ocean to the east. All blue skies, fluffy clouds and endless ocean.

    It was a wonderful experience.

Hot air....hmmm How about in New England at the peak of leaf changing season. that would be fantastic!

I'd say, The Northern New England States during the start of fall foliage. I heard it's absolutely beautiful along those states during the start of fall. I'd love to see a bird's eye view of that scenery.
