Hey everyone,
Does anybody know how long a HRM battery lasts? I have a polar FT4 and my burns seem to be getting lower and lower...not sure if it's cos I'm getting fitter or if the battery's going!

Could be a few reasons...
- Either yes, your battery is running out (the battery for the Polar Ft4 should last about 2 years with 1 hr workouts per day)
- But more than likely, it is because you are losing weight so your burns aren't as high. Do you change your weight in the settings when you lose? You should be doing that for accuracy.0 -
yeah I do update my weight so I know the burns will decrease. It's just one week in spinning it might say I burnt 600+ calories then the next low 500 but I feel I've worked as hard each week!0

I think it's about 12 months if you used it for an hour every day. but don't quote me on it.0
