Okay, so I have 4 split chicken breasts that I am going to make up for dinner tonight? Does anyone have any good recipes? I used to do them southern fried once upon a time (oh how they were yummy), I could do them just normal spices but am thinking of trying to kick it up a notch. I've got a slew of herbs and veggies and wines at my disposal....
Thanks.......... :drinker: and don't forget your wanter

If they're boneless, chicken picatta is fantastic (and easy)!0

covered in panko and baked. Then topped with fresh diced tomatoes and basil and lemon juice0

They are the bone in. :grumble: I prefer without usually but hubby went shopping so who am I to complain!0

I love the breast with the bone it is great for Great BBQ-with spices and or with BBQ Sauce, also BBQ VEggies-If not throw all of it in a roater with a little bit of the wine on the bottomw spices on top. YUM!0

Opted for baking them. A little EVOO, Mrs. Dash no sodium Tomato, Basil and Garlic seasoning. I have low sodium chicken broth that I am going to do up w/ the drippings for a sauce and have it w/ whole grain egg noodles and throw in steamed broccoli.
Hope the family likes it.... too bad if they don't!0
