They have a pick 3 (or 4??) side dish option. Sometimes I go with that and just get 4 veggies. I haven't checked their web site but their beef stew tastes pretty healthy (not too fatty). Or you could get a veggie omelet since they serve breakfast all day long.0

Order off the kids menu! Cracker Barrel is one of the few places that actually let you do this! The portions are smaller and they have a pretty good variety to choose from. Check out their website for nutrion info. A friend gave me this idea! Hope that helps0

Honestly... my hub and I love CrackeB. We were just talking about this place yesterday. The many times we have been there, I don't think we ever saw anything on the menu that was healthy and not laden with fat. I am sure there are some things... we just didn't see them... or maybe we didn't want to see them0

Cracker Barrell is the hardest place for me to eat with my SO who LOVES cracker barrell especially since they offer no nutritional information and vague claims on what meals are "healthy." For lunch I have gotten the grilled chicken tenderloin sandwich and then I don't eat all the bread just a little to satify my carb craving
Good luck to you!0 -
Grilled Chicken Salad W/O Dressing (Use Lemon), No Cheese Or Fatty Toppings Will Be Under 400 Cals.
4 Chicken Tenderloins - 160 Cals
Stick W/ Vegetables As Sides0 -
Grilled chicken breast with green beans and carrots on side runs about 500 cals. If you feel adventurous the biscuits are about 130-150 calories each, if I'm not mistaken (which I might be!)0

Thanks everyone! Those are great ideas. I will try to stay away from the biscuits.0

I have an app on my phone that lists some of the Cracker Barrel nutrition info.
Grilled chicken tenderloins are a good choice - 4 tenderloins are 160 calories and 2 grams of fat. Stay away from the homestyle chicken. You don't want to know. :sick:0
