In case anyone wld be interested, I found this really cool free site that offers goal charts and it's helping on top of mfp to keep me motivated to run everyday! It keeps a visual track for the week (and mo) and it keeps track of how many consecutive days u've reached that goal! (so if u only work out certain days it won't cound those against you). Nehoo, I love it and wanted to share!!
