My name is Lindsay. I’m a 20 years old female, 5'4'' and my SW is 159lbs My GW is 130lbs and i would like to reach it by Christmas. I’ve tried dieting a couple times before but never stuck to it. I’m hoping that logging my food and exercise will allow me to see what I’ve been doing wrong. If you have any tips or tricks let me know, I’d appreciate any advice! Thanks

Your on the right track, and it starts here! Logging is the best way to really see what your putting into your body....all those little morsels add up sometimes...
