hectic schedule

Im working 16 hr shifts and then off a day and instead of working out that day. Im just sleeping or relaxing. Ugh... soon Ill be on a straight evening shift so i can work out before work but until then... chaos! Oh well.. any ideas>?

    I am a nurse doing 16s right now too. I just do the best i can take a walk when i wake up and chart my food. Its all u can do. and a chart my food midnight to midnight cuz i work such wacky hours
