Chicken breast, that is.

My school cafeteria (which is quite health conscious for a cafeteria) always has roasted chicken breasts. They come with skin. KFC's skinless chicken breast is 140. If I take the skin off my cafeteria chicken breast, would the calories be about the same?

I would definitely be less calories, compare the sizes, just a suggestion.

Less? Wow, this is great! Size-wise, I seem to remember KFC having big breasts, but I don't know how much of that was breading...my parents always liked extra crispy. But I would imagine they'd be comparable, since the cafeteria one has a tiny wing attached...that I normally rip off with the skin, because I don't like wing meat.

Look up skinless chicken breast baked in the food dairy here--use that.
