Things that are not considered exercise like grocery shopping, or is it assumed that it is a part of normal daily activity?

I'm new as well, and got looking at exercise data base, if I can find it under there, than heck yeah I count it! I work as a housekeeper for a hotel and am able to count that as part of my exercise.0

I count cleaning and cooking toward my activity calories. I work as an EMT which at times can be a fairly physically demanding job, its too bad I can't keep track of those calories too!
It would be a pretty funny list though......
CPR.....*** calories
Carrying a 350 lb patient down 3 flights of stairs....*** calories
Starting and IV on a seizing patient....*** calories
Hanging on for dear life while your newbie partner drives code 3.....*** calories0 -
