Feeling good about my NSV!

No matter how many times I look in the mirror I do not see a difference. My clothes don't seem like they fit any different either. But today one of my members I haven't seen in a very long time came into my work today and literally gasped and said "Wow! You look great" I felt great after that. She didn't know I had made a life style change and it was a true reaction. Sometimes when people who know your trying to lose weight say something it doesn't always seem genuine. This comment did and I have an awesome boost of confidence from it and it only makes me want to work harder.

Amazing, congrats! I had this same problem...I always felt the same, and others would notice and make my day.
